What you'll be doing:

We seek a high-energy Sales Operations professional who will partner with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations, and other groups to align business and financial goals. It is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in our fast-growing team!

  • Lead initiatives to streamline and redesign processes by evaluating current sales and operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps.

  • Engage with sales, customer support, and product teams to lead operationalization initiatives for new product and service introductions, ensuring rapid time-to-market and multi-functional alignment.

  • Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal that delivers partners a seamless, secure, and engaging experience.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT—to capture input, define requirements, and align process improvements with organizational objectives.

  • Handle ad hoc requests for reports, processes, assistance, and general support for sales.

  • Build user-friendly training content (presentations, user guides, videos, FAQs) and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.

  • Track adoption rates, collect feedback, and use data to optimize business processes and user experience to drive continuous improvement.

What we need to see:

  • BA/BS/Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, operations, and Technology

  • An understanding of the business and technology landscapeof sales and business operations.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or platforms for sales

  • Experience delivering Salesforce and CPQ implementations.

  • Prior experience supporting and launchingcustomer/partner-facingsolutions.

  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
