Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Manager, you will:
    Lead Client Engagements: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and strategic insights.
  • Deliver Mobility Payroll & Compensation Solutions: Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Drive Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for service enhancements, automation, and new revenue streams.
  • Manage Multi-Stakeholder Projects: Collaborate with EY teams worldwide to deliver seamless global payroll solutions.
  • Enhance Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and ensure adherence to EY’s quality and risk management standards.
  • Mentor & Develop Talent: Support junior team members through coaching, training, and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking a dynamic leader with the following experience and skills:
    Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in mobility compensation, expatriate payroll, or global rewards management.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll compliance (RTI, Apprenticeship Levy, EPS, FPS, and expatriate tax reliefs).
  • Experience managing large-scale payroll processing and compensation data analytics.
  • Familiarity with expatriate tax and global mobility policies.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements, drive business development, and win new work.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to leverage technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
