What you’ll do
Expected Start Date: April 2025
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time
- Research and create lead lists, qualify prospects, and update CRM system
- Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and explore new sales opportunities
- Gain product knowledge, assist with demos, and answer client questions
- Research and create lead lists, qualify prospects, and update CRM systems
- Prepare reports and assist with meeting organization and follow-ups
- Assist in drafting sales emails, presentations, and case studies
- Monitor campaign progress, assist with outreach content, and track key performance metrics for Sales Campaigns
- Make cold calls, follow up with inbound leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Track and report on sales data, prepare dashboards and identify improvement areas
- Analyze workflows, propose process improvements, and help implement new tools
- Support MU Services field sales reps on internal processes (Forecasting, Comp) and tools (Harmony, EAS)
- Support and drive key processes and cadences: bookings forecasting/ADRM, revenue from pipeline reviews, annual Services budgeting, quota planning, account assignment, territory planning, integrated business planning (IBP), Services Top KPI target setting and execution, sales order monitoring, month-end & quarter-end closing, support and integrate new KPIs and processes like deployed ACV, Consumption and Renewals into the business
- Prepare top performance metrics / KPIs, support QBRs / MU business reviews, provide content, capture trends, business insights, make recommendations, and drive improvement action plan

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree applicable and related to the position
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage team members effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges in the sales process
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to support sales efforts
