Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, sales, sales strategy, product planning, product specialist, marketing, management consulting, or product management in a global organization.
2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with video campaigns to drive performance/branding marketing KPIs.
Familiarity with eComm/CPG/Omnisales customers.
Proven record of influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a winning strategy, and ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication and presentation development skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an audience.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
