Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, sales, sales strategy, product planning, product specialist, marketing, management consulting, or product management in a global organization.
- 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with video campaigns to drive performance/branding marketing KPIs.
- Familiarity with eComm/CPG/Omnisales customers.
- Proven record of influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a winning strategy, and ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation development skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an audience.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
- Strong analytical skills.
