- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience performing services focused on translating retailer needs into cloud solutions.
- Experience in the retail industry, developing cloud solutions.
- Experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, contact center AI, or pattern recognition.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a programming language (e.g., R, Java or Python) and applied machine learning techniques (e.g., dimensionality reduction strategies, classification, natural language processing frameworks).
- Experience in systems design with the ability to architect and explain data analytics pipelines, data flows, and Machine Learning Operation platforms.
- Familiarity with building data pipelines integrated with key retailer applications.
- Demonstrated cloud solution architect capabilities with a broad set of Retail use cases.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and influencing skills.
