- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of customer-facing experience focused on translating financial services customer needs into Cloud Solutions.
- 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in the financial services industry applying artificial intelligence solutions to solve problems including customer experience, back-office modernization, fraud detection, etc.
- Experience with applying Generative AI to solve industry challenges.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in delivering complex AI or Data Analytics projects.
- Demonstrated Cloud solution architect capabilities with a broad set of Banking or Capital Markets use cases.
- Experience in systems design with ability to architect and explain data analytics pipelines, data flows and ML Ops platforms.
- Experience in a statistical programming language like R or Python and applied machine learning techniques (i.e. dimensionality reduction strategies, classification, and natural language processing frameworks).
- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills
