You will also develop intuitive, advanced analytics and actionable insights to enable business stakeholders and transformation leads to eliminate operational bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and achieve positive business outcomes. You will analyze the requirements and design, define, and implement end-to-end advanced BI solutions that meet the business requirements. You'll utilize the latest BI visualization technologies/platforms and methodologies.

You will partner with business team members (architects, GPOs, BU verticals, and other supply chain functions) to design new business capabilities, help drive data and analytics projects to completion, and define system technical use cases and architecture specifications that align with business requirements or needs.

You've got a solid background as a Senior BI Solution Lead, Architect, Data Analyst, or similar role. You have an In-depth understanding of BI tools and database structure /principles. You have Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent with experience in data modeling and/ or evaluating key performance indicators and operational success metrics.
• Has 6+ years of experience in leading D&A solutions for Business Operations.
• Demonstrable experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Develop architectural strategies for data modeling, design, and implementation to meet stated requirements for metadata management, operational data stores, and ‘Extract Transform Load’ environments.
• Experience reviewing existing data architectures to determine overall effectiveness and compliance with original objectives and develop comprehensive strategies for improvement.
• Expert in designing relational databases to support business enterprise applications and physical data modeling according to project requirements for data acquisition and security as well as customer-defined results.
• Collaborate with internal and external personnel, including system architects, software developers, database administrators, design analysts, and information modeling experts, to determine project requirements and capabilities and strategize development and implementation timelines.
• Experience designing and developing advanced analytics/dashboards / KPIs / Metrics to enable data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders.

• Google Cloud Certified Professional (Data Engineer, Cloud Architect)
• Proficiency in wrapping ML models into APIs and deploying them on the cloud; Google Cloud Platform experience (GCP).
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Ability to define and construct a full pipeline for ML/AI solutions: idea generation, use case definition/feasibility/proof of concept, dataset creation/processing/cleaning, feature engineering, model building/enhancement/selection/tuning, production deployment
