As a Data Operations Analyst at JFrog you will...
Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Oversee data entry processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM Account records that are related to JFrog Marketing, Sales and Finance.
- Utilize data enrichment tools and services to validate Account records
- Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, delete and update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM
- Manage queue of Data change request and Meet SLA guidelines
Data Quality Management:
- Conduct data audits cadence and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, RevOps, Finance and IS) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas that are not aligned with the data governance and Policies
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend corrective actions of Business processes
- Track & monitor data integrity for newly launched Sales and Marketing Business Processes in the CRM
To be Data Operations Analyst at JFrog you need...
- 3+ years of experience in data management role, preferably in a B2B Enterprise companies
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality frameworks and tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , etc.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM , including data entry, reporting, and user administration
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English
