Your role:
As an Intern Strategy, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, becoming an integral part of the team. This supportive team will provide an environment for you to learn and grow both your hard and soft skills.
You will be supporting the Business teams in Europe to create and implement medium to long-term business strategies, as well as undertaking ad-hoc projects aligned with our business priorities.
You will gain valuable experience in converting data and insights into actionable plans that drive impactful business decisions.
You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, business strategy, and cross-European projects, working with senior managers to develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
You're the right fit if:
1.You are studying towards your Master’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare, Economics or Business Administration;
2.You possess a strong willingness to engage with an international team;
3.You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication within our diverse team and stakeholders;
4.You are proactive, structured, eager to learn and not afraid of taking responsibility;
5.You have good skills in working with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, allowing you to create impactful presentations and analyze data effectively.
In return, we offer you
Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net.
Paid holidays per internship term.
The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
In order to be considered, you have to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
