Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, with work in an architecture field preferred
4+ years of experience of delivering value in architecture roles, ideally at organizations with complex matrixed structures and functions
6+ years of experience building and deploying platforms or solutions in support of business strategies and objectives

Business Acumen – ability to understand the needs of the business, translating them into investment decisions

Technology Expert – Deep experience with HCM/HR systems. Knowledge of the technology industry. BSC uses Success Factors as its HCM so experience in this software is a distinct advantage. Experience using AI, machine learning and other emerging technologies is also an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to network externally and stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements within the HR arena
Experience and subject matter expertise with SuccessFactors and its data structure is strongly preferred
