Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
Influence CoEs with process improvements and triaging of HR escalations.
Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on HR Processes and and systems.
Represent HR Operations and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
Review existing and proposed requirements for HR Processes and recommend appropriate course of action.
Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated HR Operations issues.
May be responsible for various HR administration and support.

What we are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or above in Administration of Human Resources or related field
6-8 years of experience
Desire Experience in the Medical Device Industry
C1+ English Level
Networking/ Relationship Building: in the role you will work with several stakeholders in different HR areas and will be critical to move towards solving problems.
Analysis/Problem Solving: evaluate solutions through analysis of information available will be crucial to timely make decisions.
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) , preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Demonstrated experience leveraging an ATS , such as Eightfold, to optimize the hiring process and improve time-to-hire.
Demonstrated ability to identify and automate manual HR tasks to improve efficiency.
