Day-to-day you’ll work with a team of senior creatives, designers, producers and strategists.

Within the broader Marketing organization you’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, partnering closely with Brand, Partner, Energy, and Athlete Marketing teams.

Beyond this core team, you will also work with external creatives – commissioning various work across multiple creative disciplines; photographers, directors, stylists, designers, animators as well as design and production agencies.

By nature, you are multidisciplinary creative with a range of experience designing and executing across various mediums including primarily Art Direction (i.e. conceptualising, mood-boarding and research), Graphic Design, Typography. Understanding of general Digital Design, social media and Experience Design cultures.

You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are very proactive when it comes to articulate the work and present it internally and externally.

You have extensive knowledge of the EMEA consumer landscape and youth culture, having a strong obsession and connection to sport, streetwear, fashion is a must. To be more precise we are looking for someone who is bringing a deep knowledge and authentic cultural connection to key cities which are innovative and disruptive in style and fashion.

  • Creative experience: between 3 and 5 years in graphic design and Art direction

  • (mix of freelance and agency ideally)

  • A proven track record within your portfolio that demonstrate the above

  • Ability toideatecreative conceptsinto keynote/figma presentations thatarepresentedclear, concise, and thoughtfulway that non creatives understand.

  • Ability to travel 10-15%.

  • Experience working on end-to-end marketing campaigns as a designer, art director or creative within an agency or inhouse brand or established freelance practice.

You are constantly exploring and expanding the creative network around you, discovering new talent and visual trends in a range of disciplines. You are excited about new technology, a strong understanding of social media platforms to digital experiences and actively work to understand this everchanging landscape.

You are confident and eager to learn when it comes to all aspects of the creative process and seeing a campaign through, from ideation to execution, presentation and production. You aren’t afraid of working within new areas, pushing your thinking to deliver innovative creative.

You approach design projects in a proactive way, seeking information, feedback, advice and have an instinctive approach to problem solving.

You will support workstreams by developing and crafting creative concepts for both product launches and marketing campaigns across EMEA, either originating work in the geo or executing global campaign extensions.

Within a team you’ll work to provide and deliver innovative design and art direction thinking, whilst also collaborating with external partners to deliver well-crafted executions.

As our team is constantly evolving, you will work to leverage and develop best design processes and best practices in order to ensure all work is delivered to a high standard of creativity and craft on time.
