Doctorate in relevant field AND 1+ year(s) related research experience OR equivalent experience.
Experience developing AI solutions for real-world industry applications.
Experience publishing academic papers as a lead author or essential contributor.
Deep knowledge about latest large foundation models and their applications
Strong communication skills to engage with various collaborators both externally and internally
Keen interest in general AI research, including but not limited to large foundation models, generative AI, multimodal learning, resource-efficient learning and Industry AI.
Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research in large foundation models and generative AI, focusing on applying large foundation models and generative AI in real-world industrial scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions to address real-world problems in various industry sectors.
Develop and maintain research prototypes and software tools, ensuring that they are well-documented and adhere to best practices in software development.
Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals and present your work at industry events.
Collaborate with other AI researchers and engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
