Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of guild and union agreements in the entertainment industry.
  • Experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements with guilds and unions (U.S. and foreign), advising on labor issues for television, movies, HB SVOD and other streaming platforms, and resolving guild and union grievances.
  • Extensive knowledge of new media production across different types of programming and experience with new media distribution and other emerging technologies.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams, and able to operate independently.
  • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal and client relation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects under time constraints.
  • Must be detail-oriented yet able to assess matters with a big picture/global perspective.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $239,200 and $359,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
