Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.

Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Provide guidance to management on employee relations matters.

Continuously improve LER processes.

Identify and mitigate employee relations risks.

Support change initiatives in a fair and equitable manner.

Drive time-sensitive and impactful employee relations strategies.

Communicate emerging LER practices, legislation, and their implications for the business.

Manage employee relations programs and training.

Leveraging Voice of the Employee data to drive engagement and support employee work experiences

Partner with businesses to deploy effective labor and employment relations activities.

Coordinate with legal and labor departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Labor and employee relations experience

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Human resources experience
• Process orientation, including project management skills and ability to use data
• Strong communicator with ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Experience with employee relations in a Union and non-union environment
• Able to collaborate effectively and lead teams across organizations
