What you'll be doing - Lead the design, execution, and growth of SDP initiatives in India—from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to program delivery and reporting.
- Act as the local owner of Unity’s skills development efforts, working with cross-functional Unity teams across education, sales, and customer success.
- Partner with government entities, academic institutions, and industry to launch impactful training programs aligned with India’s digital economy goals.
- Build feedback loops and performance frameworks to demonstrate the impact and ROI of each program.
What we're looking for - Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale training or upskilling programs, ideally in collaboration with government, academia, or industry.
- Strong program operations skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Familiarity with workforce development, technical education, or skilling initiatives in the Indian public or private sector.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring aligned outcomes.
- Comfortable using data to measure program impact and optimise delivery frameworks.
You might also have - Experience working with emerging technologies such as real-time 3D (RT3D), gaming, or interactive media.
- Knowledge of government-led or funded education/employment programs in India or similar markets.
- Exposure to scaling programs across diverse regions, languages, or cultural contexts.
- Understanding of Unity’s products or other digital creation platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and a solutions-oriented mindset.
