About the role:
- Own and publish operational metrics for the business.
- Partner with finance to deliver revenue reporting and invoice reconciliation.
- Provide detailed insights, trends, and analysis on the health of the customer support business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
- Conduct research and evaluations for new technologies and best practices in business insights.
- Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and business insights tools, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting systems, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and implement best practices for data protection and privacy.
About you:
- You have 10+ years of experience in business insights and reporting, with a focus on customer support metrics.
- You excel at managing technical teams, guiding them to deliver high-quality insights and reports.
- You are skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements and leading the execution of reporting roadmaps.
- You possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders across various functions.
- You are experienced in managing multiple projects and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
