Responsibilities:
- Working as part of an engineering team to develop designs for rail deliverables
- 2D/3D modelling and drawing production for all stages of the design
- Engaging with other disciplines/organisations to ensure a coordinated design
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior members of the team
- This role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary environment on a wide variety of projects
- HNC in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline, we are happy to consider candidates that are currently working towards a qualification
- Experience using design and modelling software (Bentley Microstation, Building Designer or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
