What you'll do:
You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key, and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.
Your main tasks:
- Receive cases from customer and acknowledge receipt to the Customer comprehensive problem description
- Translate case inJapanese into English
- Check information provided by the customer and provide solution to customer if you find it by searching in support database.
- Forward to next support level if you can provide solution.

- Undergraduate
- Degree in Finance, science or engineering is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken, written and customer management)
- Open and professional communication style
- Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
- Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers
- Can work minimum 4 days for at least 6 months duration
- Enrolled full-time and will graduate in 2026
