Job Responsibilities:
- Field inquiries from bankers on financial matters, industry sectors, individuals, economics companies, transactions, markets, and demographics.
- Clearly communicate findings to BRC clients and provide high-quality, professional client service.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the banker’s experience, as well as escalating client related issues (both actual and potential) to Operations Manager
- Willing to become well versed in Factset, Refinitive, S&P/CapIQ, Factiva, IHS, MergerMarket, and other data bases.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Availability to work the following Shift: Sunday- Thursday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm - Work from home: 2 times a week (Sunday HO and other weekday of choosing. Private transportation back home covered by firm).
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution oriented, team player mentality and high-quality client service.
- Proper usage of the time and available resources
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications used in the business
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Advanced level of English to communicate in a written and verbal manner
