Description
Provide technical product expertise to our strategists, producers and creatives during pre-production and production.Support the day-to-day screen production process, including tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery.Responsible for screen captures, data management, and content loading on devices.Lead hardware inventory, both for in-house screen capture usage and video + photography productions.Build relationships with our Engineering, Product Marketing and Marcom teams to learn all aspects of the hardware and software.Continuously learn and be an authority in everything Apple.
Minimum Qualifications
- You demonstrate deep knowledge of our vast library of hardware products, software offerings, services, and can speak to their configuration, options, usage, and accurate troubleshooting.
- Experience in an Advisor, Genius or Trainer role is a plus. Marcom TDM experience is a plus.
- You possess great communication and time management skills, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strategic problem solver, looking ahead and anticipating solutions
- Be someone who is proactive and has a go getter attitude, who is looking for and open to new ways of working.
- Be a collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and an eagerness to ask questions
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in a creative or technical role dealing with Apple products. Apple or other creative agency experience a plus.
- You have experience in building real, positive relationships with creative people who span many fields, including producers, creatives, motion designers, writers and strategists.
- Video production and graphic design experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
