state of the art single use multi-product biotech facility in Dunboyne, County Meath, Ireland.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:

  • The Business Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Site Lead and members of the Site Leadership team including scheduling, coordinating and leading key meetings, organising events, providing administrative duties and coordination of facility related activities related to workspace, site visitors and learning. The Business Coordinator can independently plan and execute for visitors to the site that provides the customer with a personalised experience.
  • The Business Coordinator will work cross-functionally to identify and drive projects, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement for the site.
  • Be a visible leader of safety initiatives and stay actively involved in safety forums. Challenge and identify improvements to the safety and environmental programmes on site.
  • Highlight continuous improvement actions and drive towards resolution.
  • Support across site engagement activities and events, including communications and planning. Celebrate with use of proactive recognition tools that inspire and thank teams and individuals. Organise celebration events to recognise teams and individuals.
  • Raising facility related POs including stationary, catering, conferences and donations and maintaining budget control.
  • Provide support for collating and reporting metric reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of site strategy and business unit strategy by identifying appropriate initiatives for applicable improvements to the value stream. In some instances support global and/or Biologics initiatives and projects as required.
  • Lead approved projects and continuous improvement initiatives that are in alignment with the site strategies.
  • Represent the site internally and externally to our Dunboyne Biologics as a great place to work and to support delivery of benchmark site performance.

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a coordination role.
  • Strong project management skills to support project delivery and operational readiness.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders that support the site.
  • Comfortable providing feedback and escalating issues to drive better outcomes.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams.
  • Excellentinfluencing/collaborationskills and teamwork mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and priority setting,
  • Ability to set high standards and keep people accountable for delivery. Coaching individuals as required and providing support to build their capability to support them in delivering for the team.
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to coach and mentor self-directed teams through complex problems solving.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven ability in using a wide variety of lean tools and building capability within teams.
  • Change agent who will support the organisation with good change management tools and techniques.
  • Proven ability through working across teams focusing on meeting and tracking to schedules and embracing and interdependent work culture as an agile team member.
  • Demonstrated ability to give and receive feedback.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organisation Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.
