Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

• Proactively engage in creation and delivery of new projects focused on innovation
• Create and maintain a framework and setup for project-based initiatives and programs
• Track and promote the outcome and success of the innovation deliverables from the Customer Innovation, Open Innovation, Scale-ups and AI Innovation Factory teams
• Scope and estimate the required resources for the innovation projects
• Establish connections between SAP’s Innovation organization and internal stakeholders, such as Marketing and Sales, for increased exposure and amplification opportunities
• You will be part of strategic as well as operational decisions on how to implement innovation topics out of the SAP business in Latin America & Caribbean
• You will be introduced to how SAP is breaking down projects from a strategical and operational level to single applications, platforms and innovations.
• You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your own topics, set up meetings, prepare them and present the results to your team and stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Excellent communication skills, as well as fluent in both oral and written English. Spanish is a plus.
• Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective collaterals
• A self-starter and independent thinker who can run with various and different tasks
• A high level of integrity, accuracy and dependability
• Curiosity to learn and a desire to bring fresh thinking to the team
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in the field of business / engineering/ strategy or International relations. We are open to other business-oriented academic backgrounds as well.
• You should be an excellent team player, with strong abilities to network and to work independently by using analytical and problem-solving skills and your willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Previous work experience in business administration or project management roles
