What you’ll do:

As an intern in the Talent Attraction organization, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey: from creating a job opening, to contract creation in a global company.
Maintaining and publishing job postings, using both internal and external sourcing channels
Reviewing and pre-screening incoming applications
Preparing works council hearings
Proposing your own ideas on how to optimize internal processes
Taking part in ongoing HR recruiting projects, working closely with colleagues across the globe
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
You are a student at a university or a university of applied sciences.
Profound language skills in German and English – both written and spoken
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Team player with an independent working style who is confident in working in a virtual team and can manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
Strong interest in recruiting within an innovative technology company
Our passionate Student Talent Attraction team is based in Prague and is responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process for students and graduates in the EMEA South and DACH regions.
During your internship, you will support our DACH recruiters with all activities throughout the hiring cycle.
