is looking for a self-driven, organized receptionist to join our fast-growing high-tech company! to join the Global facilities team and take part in maintaining and managing our growing Tel Aviv office. You will create and maintain a pleasant, welcoming entrance environment for our office visitors (employees, guests and delivery people) and help ensure that our reception experience is effective, secured and pleasant for our employees, candidates and visitors.

- Man our office reception with a warm and welcoming experience to our various office visitors
- Assist & direct our employees, visitors, guests, and couriers, make it memorable and positive.
- Support office activities such as parking, food deliveries and entry chips
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Enhance office security by adhering to our procedures and control access
- Strong interpersonal approach. Positive, proactive and customer centric attitude
- Exceptional multitasking, with time management and prioritization skills
- Solid communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) - MUST
- Problem solver, quick thinker, resourceful and proactive in dealing with any issues and malfunctions that may arise
- Availability to work a full day which will be divided between the reception and office
- Previous experience in similar position with a fast pace environment – big plus
