Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth of Womens Health Ultrasound in the Korea market and develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Strategically responsible for business development, growth strategies and Go-To-Market plans in coordination with upstream team, channel managers and channel partners.
  • Work closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and Install base sites to understand customers’ needs, market trend and develop proposal for product development, commercial plans, operations and process.
  • Manage portfolio’s profitability from Top Line to Contribution Margin and provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
  • Establish and coordinate New Product Commercialization strategies with Product Marketing.
  • Develop new market segments and sales channels. Work with marketing on value proposition, pricing and product positioning.
  • Provide Training for sales teams on strategy and product offerings, increasing the performance of the sales force in sub-regions.
  • Lead Customer Satisfaction Opportunity process for Womens Health ultrasound products.
  • Be able to articulate GEHC’s overall Womens Health Ultrasound vision. Be a driver for cross modality selling and engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or minimum 7 years of strategic selling and/or marketing experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field
  • Marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
  • Excellent organizational skills & strong presentation skills
  • Experience in interfacing with both internal team members, external customers and industrial group

Desired Characteristics

  • 10+ years of experience in medical devices and solutions Sales and/or Clinical Marketing.
  • Understanding of clinical workflow and practice patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
