Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 8 years of industry experience in advertising, sales, business development, or marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English and Czech or Slovak fluently to support client engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
Candidates will typically have 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies up to the executive level.
Experience leading and influencing complex strategic and operational initiatives across a set of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotions.
Ability to own a portfolio of clients in an advertising or media sales context in Czech Republic or Slovakia.
Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context and drive growth.
