Helping to Transform Buildings to beSafer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Overall functionality of the Utility Systems (Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHU, etc.)
  • Inspect and analyze homes and building structures, cooling systems, ventilation, air conditioning, water and industrial processes to ensure energy use is optimal
  • Knowledge of Building Automation System functionality and parameters like Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Flow and their set point
  • Should be able to conduct ASHRAE level audits and identify potential areas to save energy
  • Prepare energy audit report with possible energy, water and CO2 savings

Key skills and qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electric, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering
  • 3-5 years of work experience in projects environment
  • Experience in Automation systems, HVAC System and Report creation
  • Certified energy auditor / CMVP will be considered an advantage
  • 2-3 years performing in engineering and energy savings calculations
