What you’ll do:

Expected start date: April 01, 2025 (can be 1-2 months later – subject to agreement)

In this role, you’ll:

• AI Ops Execution: Contribute to the integration and execution of AI processes within the cloud delivery architecture, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Assist in monitoring AI model performance and cloud infrastructure and contribute to optimization strategies.
• North Star Contribution: Assist in defining the north star vision, reference architecture, and technology guidelines as part of CPA, with a focus on AI Ops.
• Solution Architecture Support: Help create LoB-specific AI Ops solution architectures with LoBs, define governance, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Maintain active engagement with key stakeholders, support governance of running projects, and ensure that key contributors are working towards a common vision.
• Teamwork: Facilitate business and technical discussions around AI Ops among contributors, foster a strong team dynamic, and actively support fellow team members to achieve overall team success.
• Business Case Analysis: Assist in identifying business opportunities and contribute to business cases aimed at improving AI Ops efficiency, cloud margins, realizing TCO savings, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or any business related education field.
• Internship/Work Experience: Some experience or coursework in AI, software development, enterprise architecture, or cloud architecture.
• Project Management Skills: Basic understanding of project, program, or product management principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of current AI trends, cloud technologies, and MLOps methodologies.
• Collaboration: Ability to build strong collaborations across organizations and drive shared success.
• Problem Solving: Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle challenging situations, and juggle multiple topics simultaneously.
• Learning Mindset: Openness to continuous learning to enhance skills, stay current with industry trends, and contribute effectively to the team's success.
