Manage profitable growth of the eCommerce business by improving KPI performance across conversion and consumer satisfaction metrics for Kazakhstan market.
Drive Sales on Own eCommerce Platform:
Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales on our adidas eCommerce platform in Kazakhstan.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, SCM, and IT to optimize the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth.
Manage Presence on Marketplaces:
Oversee adidas presence on various online marketplaces in Kazakhstan, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maximizing visibility, shelves share and sales.
Establish strong relationships with marketplace partners and negotiate favorable terms and conditions to drive business objectives.
Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to adidas products on marketplaces.
Project Management of New Initiatives Introduction:
Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of new eCommerce initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, expanding market reach, and driving sales.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and actively manage project budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Support the team in their partnership with eCom product buying+planning to ensure business needs and initiatives are effectively supported, driving agile in season adjustment to category calendars as required
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the eCommerce space.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities and threats and recommend actionable insights to maintain adidas' competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal, 3P, and global eCommerce teams to share best practices, leverage global resources, and contribute to the development of eCommerce strategies and initiatives.
Support the team in their partnership with eCom product buying+planning to ensure business needs are effectively supported, driving agile in-season adjustment to category calendars as required.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across departments to drive continuous improvement and business excellence.
Creating agile platforms that allow to showing transparency and clarity on a current eCommerce stream performance, forecasting and key initiatives introduction timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in any of following functions: eCommerce management, digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences and relevant professional experience with an emphasis on E-Commerce, preferably with experience focused on mobile experiences.
Prefer experience with Omni Hub, Kibana, Power BI.
Prefer experience with Adobe, GA4, appsflyer, amplitude, Google Search Console, Naver search adviser, Semrush, Ahrefs.
Prefer experience with Contents Management System (CMS)
The incumbent is detail-oriented, consumer centric, data-driven and able to work cross-functionally with different key stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through eCommerce channels, with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Holistic view of digital ecosystem and consumer journeys.
Proficiency in JIRA or equivalent project management tool.
Solid understanding of the web and app environment.
Profound knowledge on UI/UX planning, execution.
Knowledge of A/B testing, all digital research types, measurement and good understanding of associated statistical methodologies.
Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for conversion optimization and delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements.
Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders and the team.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English and Russian, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions.
