About the RoleReporting to the GSP&T Lead, this role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of real estate portfolio management.
What You'll Do- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the designated Regions’ real estate portfolio, including scale, distribution, configuration, utilization, cost and performance
- Identify future portfolio requirements necessary to support new and ongoing business operating needs within the designated geography
- Establish market-level plans-of-record to align current and future capacity and functional needs within locations to overall real estate portfolio strategy
- Define and prioritize projects and transactions necessary to deliver on market requirements.
- Lead real estate projects through the approval process (APP)
Basic Qualifications- 8 years of experience in strategic planning or portfolio management, preferably in the corporate real estate sector
- Proven experience in financial modeling and data-driven strategic planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Design or Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning or portfolio management, preferably in a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) environment
- Prior experience in a tech or start-up environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise in market research and understanding of real estate trends and market factors
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$165,000 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$165,000 per year.
