What you will do:
- Email Campaign Management
- Build and send daily email campaigns to our database using Marketo.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance (e.g. subject lines, visuals, CTAs).
- Proofread and review all email content to align with branding and compliance standards.
- Test links, formats, and deliverability to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all email campaigns and content adhere to GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and adjust processes accordingly.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Advise various marketing stakeholders, such as the Campaigns Team, Customer Marketing Team, and Regional Marketers, on best practices for digital engagement and demand generation to enhance the effectiveness of newsletters, emails, landing pages, nurtures, and forms.
- Create, execute, and report on newsletters, emails, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and forms in Marketo, adhering to industry best practices and global brand guidelines.
What we expect:
- Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing operations, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Marketo Certified Expert or the ability to achieve certification within the first 6 months.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to testing and proofreading.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
- Ability to work independently, stay focused, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
