Job Responsibilities:

1.Configuration and Administration:

• Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow and Salesforce platform.
• Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and ServiceNow modules (ITSM and CSM), workflows, and business rules to meet business requirements.
• Maintain user roles and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.

2. Deploy Customized Code:

• Collaborate with development team to deploy code changes from test environment to production environment.
• Create and maintain documentation for customizations and configurations.

3. Integration:

• Understand and manage integration configurations with other Fortinet used systems like Confluent/KAFKA, Azure IDP, SFDC and FortiCare systems.

4. Incident and Problem Management:

• Provide support for incident resolution and problem management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Implement best practices for incident and problem management within the ServiceNow platform.

5. Data Analysis and Management:

• Create reports and dashboards upon business requirements.
• Regular data analysis to tune the performance of the system.

Qualifications:

• Computer Science major (or equivalent education and experience)
• Knowledge of software development cycle and tools (Eclipse, SVN, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Cloud application, SQL and data analytics tool
• Hands-on experience with software application development and testing
• Good communication and writing skills
• Salesforce Administrator certificate a big plus
