As the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Lead (f/m/d) (Senior Product Specialist/Product Expert) you will:
Drive holistic vision and product design, including build/buy/partner strategy across product white spaces and ensure all product, marketing, and other key stakeholders are aligned and have a comprehensive understanding.
Define product roadmap, end-to-end user journey (including time-to-value), delightful and intuitive UX experience with design team, and alignment with architecture/platform strategy.
Actively monitor product and feature usage telemetry and customer feedback to determine investment priorities and UX and performance improvement opportunities.
Identify and actively engage with customers to ensure alignment through product growth stages.
Define and support product support strategy and technical product enablement content for SAP adoption, services, partners, and customers.
Deliver executive-ready communication to senior leadership roles representing the product area vision and value to customers, partners and analysts.
Build successful partnerships with LoB Leads & the wider Product Management (PM) community to jointly shape sustainability portfolio, roadmap, and narrative against competitors.
Support broader sustainability and operational compliance use case prioritization, staffing, commitments, and continuous overview of the development progress of new use cases.
Ensure quality standards are met for all new use cases, including strong business value propositions, aligned commercials, high quality product demos and GTM materials, etc.
What you bring
Demonstrated experience of 10+ years in product management of software products.
Proven track record in shaping product vision & roadmaps, creating product demos, calculating business value, and making impactful product decisions.
Deep business knowledge and domain expertise in Environment, Health and Safety market trends as well as broader sustainability topics.
Previous experience with SAP’s Business Technology Platform and agile product development is highly desirable.
Proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships, fostering a sense of community among diverse stakeholders across matrix organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.
Outstanding leadership skills, including a track record of delivering C-level presentations.
