Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud native architecture, including database administration and solutions, in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in supporting customers in the finance/banking industry.
Experience working with Databases, Web Technologies, Machine Learning, AI, or Cloud Foundations (e.g. cloud computing, GCP, or similar) through certifications, internships, coursework, or similar practical experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese and English to engage and present to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with data migration strategies and moving production systems either in on-premise/data center environments or migration to cloud scenarios.
Experience in disaster recovery and data backup strategies.
Experience with optimizing database performance with transactional or analytic workloads.
Experience understanding customers existing software workloads, with the ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the Cloud reflecting specific customer needs.
Experience prospecting, building, and maintaining customer relationships, with an interest in building Greenfield territories in Enterprise accounts.
