This is a temporary role with an initial contract of 6 months, which may be extended up to a maximum of 1 year upon mutual agreement by all parties.
Join our dynamic LAR Payroll team as a Payroll Processor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payments for our employees. You'll be part of a team that is constantly seeking new and creative solutions to optimize our processes and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computations and clerical duties necessary for payroll preparation, computer input, and processing exception items.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary deductions and compensation changes.
- Prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records.
- Create reports for statutory requirements and third-party payments.
- Conduct accounting reconciliations for Payroll Balance Sheet accounts, including investigation and resolution of reconciliation items.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with Accounting emphasis
- 6+ months of experience in accounting (Subledgers)
- Intermediate English level
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in:
- Payroll
- Business Process Management and LEAN Knowledge
- Workday knowledge and automation experience
