What you will do:

  • Strong consulting and performance analysis with the ability to offer different learning modalities, out-of-the-box thinking, and saying ‘no’ where necessary to prioritize the highest value work.

  • An understanding of learning measurement and evaluation that drives a connection to organizational goals and strategy via qualitative needs analysis, defining how the strategy propels the business, and driving buy-in from leadership.

  • A futuristic, forward-thinking L&D professional that can assess current needs but also help leaders within the business plan for what their workforce needs will be in the future.

  • Analyze and identify associate trends, via internal/external research, strong pulse and awareness of current state offerings.

  • Set a team and business strategy in line with long term vision and a bigger holistic Learning & Development picture.

  • Measure and articulate effectiveness of learning outcomes at the Line of Business level (L3/L4), have robust 30/60/90-day tracking with improvement suggestions over time for the customer.

  • Manage team resource capacity, provide clear prioritization of requests for the team, and manage the associates' learning capacity holistically.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders, and be a trusted advisor, able to leverage relationships in challenging times. Be comfortable presenting up high level audiences (Directors, Vice Presidents and Managing Vice Presidents) as well as Human Resource partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 5 years of people leadership experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or instructional development

  • At least3years of experience in instructional design methodology (such as ADDIE, SAM, AGILE, etc.)

  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least7years of people leadership experience managing a group of learning professionals

  • At least 5 years of experience in instructional design or instructional development

  • At least5years of experience in instructional design methodology (such as ADDIE, SAM, AGILE, etc.)
