In this role you'll be responsible for the following:• Manages day-to-day activities of a team in support of training, education and staff development within the organization.
• Assesses and organizes the work flow and execution of facilitation and/or maintenance of learning programs.
• Leads the planning and delivery of learning programs to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs.
• Works with the training team to support best practices for the delivery and effectiveness of learning programs. Provides the analysis and implementation of learning plans for the organization in order to maintain and improve effectiveness.
• Provides support to learning and development managers in strategic and larger scale projects and initiatives, as needed.
Job Description- Generally focused on day-to -day management for a smaller area of responsibility/business segment.
- Manages a small business unit and looks for opportunities for process improvement and directs available resources to implement these improvements.
- Trains and develops staff. Plans and oversees the work flow for a small business unit.
- Makes decisions that address business issues while considering immediate impact on own function or work unit or wider implication to the organization.
- Leads execution and participates in planning of changes within their line of business.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience. An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience.
