Act as the subject matter expert on procurement of services and management of external workforce, guiding clients in optimizing processes.
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Lead discovery and design sessions to capture business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sale, Customer Success Partners and Services to ensure seamless delivery post sales and drive customer adoption.
Conduct demo sessions and workshops to enlighten clients how to fully utilize Fieldglass functionalities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new features, and updates within the Fieldglass ecosystem.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance post-implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider or with equivalent knowledge in contingent workforce management is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Fieldglass or related technologies are highly desirable.
