What You Will Accomplish:
  • Talent Reviews
  • Internal Mobility: Linked to talent review, up-level the approach to organizational planning to support talent planning. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to review and refresh internal mobility practices and find ways to expand internal mobility across eBay. Use technology to support employee’s internal career searches and work closely with HRBPs to find strategic ways to move key talent into new internal opportunities.
  • Career Management: Work closely with Talent Development, Rewards, HRBPs, People Experience and DEI teams to lead and optimize retention plans to help engage eBay talent for the long term. This will include building and embedding career paths, working with leadership program participants, internal mobility, and employee experience initiatives. Evolve standard processes for identifying, tracking, promoting, and moving high-potential talent, especially high-potential and leadership.
  • Insights & impact: Work with People data teams to identify appropriate talent metrics to measure progress and impact of programs; Own the design and sharing of insights to executives and across the company.
  • Strategic Program leadership: Propose, plan and lead programs end-to-end; build clear program vision, plan, timeline, partner maps, communications plan, and enablement of cross-functional partners. Contribute to program management of Performance Management evolution program through 2024.
  • Business partnering: Be an authority advisor to around talent review and internal mobility. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, DEI team and HRBPs, to deliver new talent review and internal mobility solutions that meet business needs and improve the eBay culture.
What You Will Bring:
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in developing and leading Talent management programs from strategy to implementation in a global, matrix environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Onsite at one of our core offices 3+ days each week
  • Experience in crafting and implementing scalable solutions including talent reviews, career development and high-potential talent management is essential.
  • Experience with performance management programs and internal mobility is desirable.
  • Experience working with HR data and analytics to build relevant insights.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$144,000 - $216,150
