Key Responsibilities:

• Work with different asset classes to identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and performance
• Provide data transparency to business stakeholders
• Manage current Expense Management Workflows and find ways to improve current processes
• Drive continuous improvement in our Markets business by identifying opportunities and implementing P&L improvement efficiency initiatives.
• Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior Markets management.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret industry trends.
• Leverage technical skills with advanced Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to compile and present complex information to senior audiences.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency Excel, PowerPoint. Understanding of Power BI & Python is a plus.
• Understanding of how to implement workflow tools such as Appian

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
