Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience defining and implementing security investigations, strategies, or initiatives.
10 years of experience with internal security investigations, intellectual property theft, insider risk mitigation strategies and preventive measures
5 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and leading junior team members.
3 years of experience with international, national and corporate security investigations.
3 years of program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing and refining pPlaybooks or standard operating procedures (SOPs) creation experience to ensure consistent and effective program operations.
Experience in program or project management, leading key initiatives and delivering on the team’s strategy.
Experience in strategic planning to help develop the team’s long-term strategy in alignment with business goals.
Ability to synthesize information into clear, concise presentations and reports to present to executive leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to grow in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
