Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management.
- Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, and managing EHS compliance for industrial facilities.
- Ability to communicate in Finnish fluently in order to communicate with local authorities on regulatory topics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or related agencies.
- Experience communicating with Finnish National and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues.
- Experience in the Data Center or other electrical safety industry.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations in Finland.
- Ability to coach, influence and advise local employees and leadership stakeholders to achieve positive EHS outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
