Enterprise level strategy for guiding Workfront innovation and efficiency
Own prioritization of key features, automations, and integrations for one of Adobe’s largest instances of Workfront
Lead and influence Lines of Business across Capital One to drive adoption of Workfront and best practices within
Capture and incorporate feedback and needs from power user teams across Capital One to incorporate into the Workfront Annual roadmap for prioritization
Actively orchestrate systems builds, configurations and development/automation of Fusion tasks for system enhancements
Plays a hands-on leadership role in system implementation for system functionality modules, automation enhancements, or new/existing team rollouts
Drive Enterprise Workfront Governance and Best Practices
Serve as the main point of contact for Capital One in guiding conversations with Adobe for feature implementation, user needs, and licensing structure/costs
Seeks out guidance and best practices from points of contact at Adobe and internal/external power user groups to ensure efficiency and innovation
Oversees and maintains user licenses, onboarding of new users,, and overall role structures for designated groups to ensure correct alignment of associate to Workfront license type based on system access and functionality needs
Sets the standards and oversees the execution of basic administration by the designated SMEs.
Lead Tactical Execution, Support, and Reporting for Workfront
Ongoing troubleshooting and support for Lines of Businesses utilizing Workfront
Aids in establishing metrics, builds reports and dashboards to assist in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, channel deliverables, project types and resource management to align to key OKRs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator
At least 3 years of project management experience
At least 3 year of experience as a Workfront administrator supporting 150+ users
At least 1 year of working in marketing as a discipline
At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Workfront Certified Professional
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in workfront administration within a Financial Services corporation
Experience in Beta product development
Experience with Adobe Workfront Alpha
2+ years of Risk Management experience
