Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
OR equivalent experience.
- Business level fluency to read, write and speak English.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years consultant delivery experience securing the Microsoft Platform
- Technical certifications focused on Azure Security (e.g., AZ-500)
- Proven delivery experience across the following domains with deep technical expertise in at least one of these areas:
- Identity and Access Management
- Threat Detection and Monitoring
- Secure Endpoint and Management
- Data Security, Governance and Compliance
- Architecture and Strategy
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints
- Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud
- Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform
- Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer
- Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies
- Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues
- Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for project
- Support the achievement of area project and billed revenue targets.
- Ensure accountability for financials and profitability, focusing on project and billed revenue, costs, and sold margin.
