10+ years of work experience in a large, global company with increasing ownership and responsibility for culture, community leadership / cultivation, or learning and talent development.
3+ years of strategy consulting and/or marketing research and/or employee listening and analytics experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to distill critical insights from data and package those insights in a way that can influence others and drive action.
Outstanding communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills, including experience influencing C-level executives.
Experience inspiring, leading and developing members of the team.
Track record of creating clear enterprise level strategies and driving to execution; strong creativity in problem solving and deep customer (employee) empathy.
Proven ability to build strong senior relationships and create / nurture a wide internal and external network.
Highly self-motivated, creative, and willing to proactively take the lead to drive impact.
Action-oriented self-starter who can inspire and motivate a broad community of others to deliver for our employees.
Ability to execute and drive end-to-end impact across organizational boundaries and through matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.
