Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience in a large, global company with increasing ownership and responsibility for culture, community leadership / cultivation, or learning and talent development.
- 3+ years of strategy consulting and/or marketing research and/or employee listening and analytics experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill critical insights from data and package those insights in a way that can influence others and drive action.
- Outstanding communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills, including experience influencing C-level executives.
- Experience inspiring, leading and developing members of the team.
- Track record of creating clear enterprise level strategies and driving to execution; strong creativity in problem solving and deep customer (employee) empathy.
- Proven ability to build strong senior relationships and create / nurture a wide internal and external network.
- Highly self-motivated, creative, and willing to proactively take the lead to drive impact.
- Action-oriented self-starter who can inspire and motivate a broad community of others to deliver for our employees.
- Ability to execute and drive end-to-end impact across organizational boundaries and through matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to lead, influence, and support is important. The leader should be willing to “go the extra mile” and “roll up their sleeves” for the team and for our employees.
