Responsibilities
  • Develop deep knowledge of Elementor’s platform and value proposition for enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them throughout their journey with Elementor.
  • Actively engage with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to support renewals and expansions.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help shape product improvements and new offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Customer Experience and Support to align on enterprise needs.
  • Help design scalable processes and frameworks to support enterprise relationship management as the team grows.
Requirements
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts in a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you're a strong listener, communicator, and problem solver.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude — you’re comfortable diving into details when needed.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs in complex organizations.
