Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience working on technology policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, law, or relevant industry associations.
10 years of experience working in public affairs, political communications, or political campaigns.
Experience in technology policy issues with institutions or within an in-house corporate policy function.
Ability to speak and write in English and Dutch fluently, as they would be communicating with Dutch stakeholders and would require to understand Dutch written legislation.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with or in the Dutch government, NGOs, regulatory agencies, or corporate public policy teams.
Experience analyzing, studying, providing insights, or advocating for digital-related policies, both at national and European levels.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, and executing strategies to deliver solutions.
Knowledge of Internet technologies and the policy environments that surround them.
Ability to identify and gather insights and effectively communicate technology policy issues.
