This role requires the ability to effectively position training and enablement solutions that will help our enterprise customers achieve their digital transformation goals on AWS. You will work closely with C-suite and other senior decision-makers to understand their skills enablement requirements, develop tailored proposals, and drive the successful delivery of these programs.Consultative selling to senior-level stakeholders across various industries
Conducting training needs assessments and crafting comprehensive organizational skills development plansManaging the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client satisfaction
Key job responsibilities
• Develop training leads and manage them to closure
• Work closely with Sales and Partner teams to provide comprehensive training proposals for customers and partners
• Work closely with clients to determine their training requirements and build tailored training proposals/plans to accelerate AWS adoption
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments with key customers
• Evangelize AWS Training & Certification at company and industry events
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of training opportunities, providing regular forecasts and business reviews to leadershipAbout AWS

- 5+ years of business development, direct technology services sales, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 5+ years of business development, technical sales, and pre-sales experience, preferably in the IT industry and with knowledge of digital training solutions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in selling training and readiness solutions, particularly to large enterprise customers across industries like finance, telecom, retail, manufacturing, and media/entertainment
- Ability to demonstrate specialization in specific industry verticals for training
- Track record of developing successful go-to-market campaigns for training offerings
- Experience working with large, strategic enterprise customers
- Deep expertise in selling cloud computing solutions
